The #1 thing that keeps me running. Its a sensor that you can attach to your shoe, that communicates with your iPod and tracks your distance, speed, etc. The sensor fits inside of special Nike+ shoes, but if you don't have a those shoes just buy the holder, and attach to your shoe. That's what I have and it works great!
